We will make the call, book the appointment and send them confirmation of the time and date. We will do everything for you except close the deal, because lets face it, that's what your sales people are paid to do.

We will charge an overall campaign fee which will cover our time and calls. The only additional fee will be a per appointment fee which we will agree with you before commencing your campaign.

Service & MOT Bookings
A fully comprehensive service that devises, implements and carries out an outbound call service that ensures all existing & previous customers are contacted and informed of their service and/or MOT being due. We will professionally inform and advise your customers that their service & MOT is due very soon and needs to be booked, in order to receive the most convenient spot for them. We can even interlink with your system to avoid double booking and over filling your service departments diary.

Cold Telemarketing
We are able to secure quality data on prospective customers in your area and contact them directly to encourage a visit to your site. We can be very specific with the customers we contact which range from age group selection right down to competitor car drivers. We can be as specific as you want us to be. Each campaign is individually tailored to your sales expectations and requirements and vary in cost options. We will charge an overall campaign fee which will cover our time and calls as well as the cost of securing the data. The more specific the data the higher the cost to you. The only additional fee will be a per appointment fee for meeting with one of your sales executives which we will agree with you before commencing your campaign.

We will do all the hard work and bring these people to your door. All you have to do is close the deal.

Lost Sales Rejuvenation
We will contact customers that have left your dealership without signing an order. We can find out the reasons for this and can work as an extension of your company to encourage another visit to meet with one of your dealership sales executives. We will forward the information on why the sale was lost, so that any issues can be covered. We will charge a campaign fee together with an appointment fee that is paid only when a customer revisits your showroom.
