Service & MOT Bookings
A fully comprehensive service where we carry out an outbound call service that ensures all existing & previous customers are contacted and informed of their service and/or MOT being due. Working as an extension of your business as a call centre set up, we will book services and MOT’s for your customers, arrange courtesy cars, collect & delivery and price all work in conjunction with your menu list pricing. We can operate from basic information sent through or alternatively we can link in with your current system to avoid any overbooking or over filling your service department’s diary.

We currently work with both small independent garages and large dealership groups that allow us to manage all of their after sales business

We can also work with your lapsed customers list, rejeuvenate old clients and clean your database of old clients. This has proven to be very fruitful and cost effective for our clients as any business generated from these lists is a bonus and we only charge for bookings that are made on your behalf.

Vehicle Health Checks
As well as contacting your existing customers to book them in for a free Vehicle health check, we are also able to follow up these and existing events to secure repair work required. We can work independently or operate via your current system to ensure that all of the work quoted is completed.

CSI Calls
This service will enable your service team to free up its time to concentrate on servicing your customers. We will work within your own and the manufacturers guidelines to complete comprehensive CSI calls on your behalf. All of the information and data will be fed back to you with all key information and comments required. This service will enable you to keep up to date with the requirements of the manufacturer and ensure that your customers return to you everytime.

Cold Telemarketing
We are able to secure quality data on prospective customers in your area and contact them directly to encourage a visit to your site. We can be very specific with the customers we contact which range from age group selection right down to competitor car drivers. We can be as specific as you want us to be. Each campaign is individually tailored to your sales expectations and requirements and vary in cost options. We will charge an overall campaign fee which will cover our time and calls as well as the cost of securing the data. The more specific the data the higher the cost to you. The only additional fee will be a per appointment fee for meeting with one of your sales executives which we will agree with you before commencing your campaign.

We will do all the hard work and bring these people to your door. All you have to do is close the deal.

Targeted Telemarketing
We will contact your existing clients on your database and act as an extension of your business. We will make quality appointments for your customers to call into your showroom to discuss new car options and financing. We will make the call, book the appointment and send them confirmation of the time and date. We will do everything for you except close the deal, because lets face it, that's what your sales people are paid to do.

We will charge an overall campaign fee which will cover our time and calls. The only additional fee will be a per appointment fee which we will agree with you before commencing your campaign.

Lost Sales Rejuvenation
We will contact customers that have left your dealership without signing an order. We can find out the reasons for this and can work as an extension of your company to encourage another visit to meet with one of your dealership sales executives. We will forward the information on why the sale was lost, so that any issues can be covered. We will charge a campaign fee together with an appointment fee that is paid only when a customer revisits your showroom.
