At On Target Telemarketing we only recruit and retain the best people. We have managed to ensure that our costs are kept down so that we can pass on the best prices to our UK clients. Many of our staff are ex motor industry and have specific knowledge of after sales service

Our aim is to assist the motor dealer in achieving and surpassing their forecasted targets.

Within the motor industry there is a need to instil a pro-active attitude to after sales revenues. Many garages are still stuck in the rut of waiting for their customers to come to them. In these tough times, this is not the way to do business. Would you rather pay for service advisors to wait for your customers to call or walk in or would you like to take your service to your customers.

How we do it

The way we do this is by devising a structured and cleverly thought out script that builds rapport, qualifies and makes an appointment for your customer.

Sales is a numbers game. If you ask any good sales person what they require to reach their after sales target they will tell you they require more customers and a busy workshop.
